The NIVRE Articles of Association describe the internal structure of the organisation. They include provisions relating to the legal structure, competences and the duties of the board. They also state how board members are appointed.
The NIVRE has five sets of regulations:
Joining the Register implies agreement with the NIVRE rules and regulations.
Disciplinary Committee
In addition to complying with the training requirements, candidates must subscribe to the articles of association, regulations and code of conduct of the NIVRE before they can be listed on the register.
There is an independent Disciplinary Committee that monitors compliance with the code of conduct.
